Panda Maze 0.2

This was my first attempt at making a game, and I collaborated with my Twitch community during a one-day game jam. Despite the challenges, we came up with a concept together: a maze game where a red panda named "Ren" collects ingredients for potions.

Throughout the process, I learned about the difference between sprites and objects, as well as how to make them interact within the game. I created solid walls, collectible items, and buttons for a title and end screen.

The most rewarding part was seeing everything come together. Even though it’s just an MVP, we managed to create a playable game in a day, and it was an experience my community and I truly enjoyed.

Update 1:

made a new sprite for the panda character and changed how the text appears on screen to draw as part of the GUI; making it easier to read and guaranteeing it's viewable for the player.
